1. Agency Role & Relationship
GOADETRAVEL LLC acts solely as a booking agent and travel advisory intermediary between you (the client) and third-party travel suppliers (including, but not limited to, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, airlines, ground transportation companies, and excursion providers). GOADETRAVEL LLC does not own, manage, or operate any of the transportation, lodging, or excursion services provided.
2. Supplier Terms & Policies
All travel reservations made through GOADETRAVEL LLC or via our affiliate self-booking links are subject to the specific terms, conditions, cancellation policies, baggage rules, refund restrictions, and fee structures of the respective third-party travel suppliers. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to comply with all applicable supplier terms.
3. Travel Documents, Passports & Visas
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they hold valid government-issued identification, passports, visas, transit permits, and entry/health documentation required for destination compliance. Passports for international travel generally must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your scheduled return date. GOADETRAVEL LLC is not responsible for denied entry or boarding resulting from improper or missing documentation.
4. Travel Insurance Notice & Recommendation
GOADETRAVEL LLC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance protection. Travel insurance can assist with unforeseen trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight interruptions, baggage losses, and emergency evacuations. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge full financial responsibility for any unexpected losses, penalties, or trip disruptions.
5. Self-Booking & Partner Affiliate Links
Our website features links to official partner websites (including Sandals Resorts, Virgin Voyages, Oceania Cruises, Viator, GetYourGuide, and others). When you select these links and book directly with our partners, your reservation remains governed by the partner’s booking policies while benefiting from GOADETRAVEL LLC advisor support.
6. Pricing & Availability
Prices, itineraries, availability, and promotional offers displayed on our website or provided in quotes are subject to change without notice until a deposit or full payment is processed and confirmed by the travel supplier.
7. Limitation of Liability
GOADETRAVEL LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, itinerary modification, financial insolvency, or disruption caused by third-party travel suppliers, acts of nature, weather events, government mandates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
